I’ve been working on this scarf as a goal for HPKCHC Quidditch Match 3, which ends at midnight POT today! This project just seemed to go on and on and on. But that’s pretty much what it’s like whenever you knit a scarf!
Cascade Pinwheel
Irish Hiking Mittens
For months I kept telling you that I was going to make Irish Hiking Mittens. I kept putting them on my plan for the month, but never starting them. This was the project that got pushed off while I did other things. I finally finished them, just in time to turn them in by the Quidditch Match 2 deadline on Oct 6.
Palindrome Hat
I finished the Palindrome Hat that I made to match the Palindrome Scarf. I have just enough yarn to finish the Irish Hiking Mittens to complete the set!

HPKCHC Spring 2014 Term
The Harry Potter Knitting / Crocheting House Cup (HPKCHC) Spring 2014 Term started on May 1. Before term starts, I usually plan out my projects. I did some of my usual planning for this term, but did not finish or get a chance to write a blog post about it because of getting ready for and attending Maryland Sheep and Wool. Today, I am finishing my planning. I did talk about this topic in the one podcast episode I published, but in case you haven’t seen that episode, I will explain in detail how the game works and how I plan for a new term.
